Taxi driver Lung (Alfred Cheung) is obsessed with TV news reporter Jenny Tung (Maggie Cheung). He attempts to gain her affection by providing minor news stories, but her arrogant lawyer boyfriend, John Liu (Lawrence Ng) gets in the way.
